- Go to the account or settings area.
- Select the delete-account option.
- Review the prompt and confirm the deletion request.

How to delete your Kayal account.
You can delete your Kayal account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, email support and request manual assistance.
What Is Typically Removed
- Account profile information associated with the deleted account
- Stored chats or generated content tied to that account flow
- Uploaded content scheduled for removal under the deletion request
What May Be Retained
- Billing or financial records needed for compliance
- Minimal security or abuse-prevention logs where required
- Records needed to satisfy legal obligations or resolve disputes
If You Cannot Access the App
Contact support@byflaretech.com and explain that you need help deleting your account.
If you only want to remove selected chats or other specific
content, use the Delete Data page instead.
