Kayal Terms of Service & License

These terms explain the rules for using Kayal, the scope of your app license, how subscriptions work, what to expect from AI-led conversations, and the legal conditions that apply to the service.

Last updated: March 6, 2026

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and the platform used to access Kayal. By using the service, you confirm that you are eligible and that the information you provide is accurate.

License Scope

Kayal is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules and applicable law.

Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly make available, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from Kayal except where applicable law clearly allows it despite this restriction. If you sell or transfer a device, you must remove the app first.

App Updates and Features

The app may receive updates, upgrades, patches, design changes, or feature adjustments. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system support, connectivity, or third-party platform availability. We may change, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary.

Using the Service

Kayal is a conversational AI experience. You agree not to use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, impersonation, fraud, stalking, exploitation, spam, or attempts to interfere with the service, our systems, or other users.

Subscriptions and Billing

Kayal may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple using your App Store account. Billing, renewal, cancellation, trials, price presentation, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s rules and policies.

Privacy and Technical Data

To operate Kayal, we may process account information, device and diagnostic data, subscription status, support interactions, and the conversation data needed to provide the service. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

External Services

Kayal may rely on Apple services and other third-party services, sites, or infrastructure. Those services may change, become unavailable, or have separate terms and privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, uptime, or policies.

AI Output Disclaimer

Kayal uses AI and may sometimes generate content that is incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. It should not be used as medical, legal, financial, mental health, or emergency guidance.

If you believe there is an immediate risk of harm, stop using the app and contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Intellectual Property

The Kayal app, brand, design, and original content remain the property of Kayal and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond the uses expressly allowed.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kayal and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Where the law allows a monetary cap, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) or the amount you paid for Kayal Pro in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

These terms remain effective until ended by you or us. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, if fees remain unpaid, or if continued access creates safety, legal, security, or operational risk. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

Export and Legal Compliance

You may not use or export Kayal in violation of U.S. export control laws, sanctions laws, or other applicable trade laws. By using the app, you represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law.

Government End Users

If Kayal is licensed to a U.S. Government end user, the software and documentation are provided as commercial items with only the rights expressly granted under these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable procurement law.

Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which Kayal operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you live in a place where local law gives you non-waivable rights, those rights still apply.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. By continuing to use Kayal after an updated version becomes effective, you accept the revised terms.
