Service Scope

These terms apply to the Kayal website, mobile app, and related support, billing, and account-control flows. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean the Kayal service.

License Scope

Kayal is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on supported devices you own or control.

Eligibility

You must satisfy the minimum age, legal, and platform access rules required to use the app in your region.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Kayal for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, abuse, impersonation, exploitation, spam, or attempts to interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

AI Output Disclaimer

Kayal uses AI systems that can produce incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate output. The app is not medical, legal, financial, mental health, or emergency advice.

If there is immediate risk of harm, stop using the app and contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Subscriptions and Store Billing

Paid access, if offered, is billed through the platform you used to download Kayal. Renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by the store that processed the purchase.

Updates and Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. Some functionality may depend on device support, connectivity, store approval, or third-party services.

Privacy

Use of the service may involve the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Kayal brand, software, site design, and original product assets remain the property of Kayal or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted here, no ownership rights are transferred.

Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if continued access creates safety, legal, security, or operational risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
